Returns & Refund Policy

At Honey Bee Candles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hneybeecandles@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you. We strive to respond promptly to all inquiries.

Product Variations

As a small, independent business, all our products are handcrafted in small batches using organic and natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our materials and seasonal temperature changes, variations in appearance, scent, and texture may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect the quality, performance, or effectiveness of our products.

Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

All eBook sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • A technical issue prevents access, and we cannot resolve it.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund provided that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on Tallow products or Lip balms.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hneybeecandles@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases where an item is faulty.
